
More flexible Project identification on github post-receive

Right now it looks up projects to have the same name than on github. If I wanted to track two independent branches of the same repo with this, I wouldn't be able to (since project names are unique on Integrity), so let's decouple that.
Proposed solution: point github to post to /:project and get the project from there.
