Add acceptance tests that use all the notifiers

Some problems look like only happen when notifiers are enabled (#46 for example), so we should add more tests that make sure those are enabled (I'd say install all notifiers for the tests)

I couldn't reproduce #43 so this probably needs a bit more investigation. Please review :)
