Have to skip line in documented install steps

Reported by Chris Thompson | March 16th, 2010 @ 06:54 PM

At http://integrityapp.com/, the instructions say:
$ gem install bundler $ git clone git://github.com/integrity/integrity $ cd integrity $ git checkout -b deploy v0.2.3 $ bundle install $ bundle lock $ rake db

However, if you do git checkout -b deploy v0.2.3, you have an old version of the Gemfile which causes subsequent install steps to fail. Simply skipping this line, as recommended (more or less) by sr on irc allows the other install steps to succeed.
