Refactor Builder#build to always take a commit id. Allow passing a commit id to Project#build. Also, separate Git#head into Git#commit_identifier and Git#commit_metadata (this is part of the public API for SCMs, now at an impressive size of 4 methods :-O) [#12 status:resolved]
