Make the screens refresh every 'x' seconds

As a developer
I want the application screens to refresh every 'x' seconds
So that I can look to my build server monitor and see the very
latest build status/results
Suggested scenarios:
Scenario 1 - Configuring the refresh interval
Given
I go to the Integrity page
When
I create or edit a new project
Then
I see a "refresh interval" textfield # default is 0 (no
refresh)
And I click the "Update Project" button
And I go to the Project page
And the page refreshes automatically at the desired
interval
